  Frequently Asked Questions
Q. Do you supply modular homes?
A. No. We design and supply custom pre-fabricated wall panels for your home packaged in a ready to assemble kit.

Q. Do we have to use one of your plans?
A. No. We specialize in custom homes and buildings. We’ll be happy to design a unique plan based on your dreams and ideas.

Q. Is there a cost for an estimate or quote?
A. There is no cost to you, but we need a set of construction drawings in order to provide an accurate quote.

Q. How long does it take to get a panelized package?
A. As soon as all of the plans are finalized and a deposit has been received, it takes 5-6 weeks for the package to be ready for shipping.

Q. How is the panelized package delivered?
A. All our packages are delivered to the site on flat bed trailers. All materials are banded on pallets which can be easily unloaded by an overhead crane or forklift. For packages to be shipped outside of North America, the packages are prepared in the same way except shipped in standard overseas shipping containers.

Q. Do the panels have windows and doors installed in them?
A. Due to the possibility of damage during shipping, unloading and site installation these items are crated separately and installed on-site.

Q. Can I build a panelized package on my own?
A. Panelized projects are definitely easier and quicker to build than traditionally framed projects. However, we recommend you have an experienced carpenter with framing knowledge on site.

Q. Is shipping included in your pricing?
A. Yes. Delivery is inclued in our standard pricing in most areas up to 300km from our plant.

Q. Is financing available?
A. We refer customers in Canada to Home Loans Canada.
